Join this community! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Providing technical support for restructuring planning and maintenance control processes for assets in crushing, grinding, filtration, and pumping circuits; * Proposing improvements to preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans and execution, aiming to enhance asset efficiency, availability, and reliability; * Conducting technical visits for data collection, feasibility analysis, and definition of technical requirements, contributing to the development of scopes for improvement and technological innovation projects; * Reviewing master operation and maintenance plans, based on updated technical specifications and equipment modifications, implementing actions to extend asset service life and reduce unplanned shutdowns; * Monitoring and controlling preventive maintenance plans, performing operational data analysis, and proposing process improvements to prevent recurring failures and emergency corrective interventions; * Tracking maintenance and project schedules, comparing planned versus executed activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and delivery quality; * Participating in supplier development and qualification, conducting market research, technical analyses, and equipment testing, evaluating cost-effectiveness, operational safety, and technological quality; * Attending technical and alignment meetings with suppliers, monitoring delivery timelines, technical compliance, and post-installation performance. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and active CREA registration; * Experience in planning and maintenance control for assets in crushing, grinding, filtration, and pumping circuits; * Knowledge of technical standards for corrective and preventive maintenance; * Desired: Knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS).
