




Job Summary: The Senior Accounting Analyst performs accounting closings, reconciliations, tax calculations, and preparation of financial statements, as well as manages fixed assets. Control and monitoring of the fixed assets lifecycle **About the Position:** The Senior Accounting Analyst will be responsible for performing medium/high-complexity accounting closings, reconciliations, tax calculations, and preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement), managing and controlling the company’s fixed assets, ensuring accuracy of accounting records, compliance with applicable standards, and optimization of asset value throughout their lifecycle. The role includes control and analysis of accounting accounts and support during audits. Location: Vila Olímpia, São Paulo (On-site). **Responsibilities:** * Solid experience in accounting routines, especially monthly closings, balance sheet and income statement reconciliations. * Proficiency in accounting standards (CPC/NBC) * Experience with ancillary obligations (SPED ECD/ECF) * Knowledge of taxes (direct and indirect) * Perform full reconciliation of asset and liability accounts, ensuring balance accuracy * Prepare financial statements, such as Balance Sheet and Income Statement, including accounting analysis of accounts * Control and monitor the fixed assets lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal * Record and update fixed asset information in the management system * Perform depreciation calculations in accordance with accounting and tax regulations * Analyze and review accounting and tax values of fixed assets * Conduct periodic inventories to ensure accuracy of fixed asset records * Identify and resolve discrepancies between records and physical fixed assets * Ensure all documentation related to fixed assets complies with internal and external policies and regulations * Prepare periodic reports on fixed asset status, including cost analyses, depreciation, and return on investment * Provide information and support for accounting audits and reviews. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration * Prior experience in fixed asset control, accounting, or related areas. * Knowledge of relevant accounting and tax regulations * Familiarity with fixed asset management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Behavioral competencies: communication, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving thinking, and hands-on approach; **Diversity** This position is accessible to people with disabilities.
