Description: What we expect from you: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in FP&A, financial planning, or similar finance areas; * Experience with budgeting (budget), reviews, and forecasting; * Solid knowledge of financial analysis, projections, scenario modeling, and feasibility studies; * Experience in developing, monitoring, and analyzing financial KPIs; * Ability to develop management reports and executive presentations; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas); * Experience with financial systems and/or ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). It would be great if you also had experience in: * Financial process automation and continuous improvement; * BI tools; * SQL, VBA, or other data analysis support languages; * Intermediate or advanced English. Your responsibilities here will include: * Conducting financial analyses, projections, scenario simulations, and feasibility studies. * Supporting budgeting, review, and forecasting processes. * Developing, monitoring, and analyzing financial KPIs. * Creating management reports and executive presentations. * Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and process automation. * Collaborating closely with Commercial, Accounting, Tax, Cost, and Procurement teams to promote integration and efficiency across finance processes. * Proposing new financial analysis models and performance indicators, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the FP&A area. 2512190202551926929
