Activate visual warning signals at vehicle entry and exit points. Indicate available parking spaces to drivers. Prevent accidents and vehicle damage, assuming responsibility for any resulting losses. Maneuver vehicles when necessary. Store and safeguard ignition keys in a secure and discreet location. Provide company-related information and serve customers with excellence. Assist in emergency situations, such as rescuing people trapped in elevators. Turn lights on and off; verify gate closure at the end of the shift. Report elevator malfunctions and signal service interruptions. Maintain cleanliness and preservation of the parking area. Deliver mailbags or items to drivers from other stores. Refrain from using mobile phones for personal purposes during work hours; speak only as necessary. ### **Prerequisites** Completed elementary school; Driver's License Category B; Politeness; dexterity; concentration; agility; strong communication skills; attentiveness; organization; regular attendance; punctuality; commitment; and responsibility.
