Everyone is truly welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the centralized fleet team (PC), ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and providing continuous support to operational units. * Manage fleet telematics and engineering processes, focusing on supporting the operational areas of business units (UN) in performance improvement, root cause analysis of failures, and jointly defining solutions with operations or manufacturers, where applicable. * Manage operational intelligence processes focused on fleet cost and availability analysis, leveraging generated data to identify trends and support the development of action plans to mitigate deviations. * Manage vehicle leasing processes and contracts, ensuring compliance, cost control, and fulfillment of operational demands. * Manage processes and contracts related to employee relocation (moving), ensuring logistical efficiency and adherence to deadlines. * Manage the monitoring and handling of traffic violations linked to the corporate fleet, ensuring appropriate accountability and compliance with current legislation. * Manage the accreditation process for new drivers, ensuring compliance with the technical and behavioral requirements established by the company. * Manage fleet-related service requests and track satisfaction indicators (NPS), promoting continuous improvement initiatives. * Review, control, and approve invoices related to vehicle services, ensuring correct accounting registration and timely payment. * Support decentralized coordinations (PA) in managing OPEX allocated to fleet operations across business units, promoting efficient resource utilization. * Promote leadership awareness regarding traffic accident reduction, actively participating in report preparation and analysis committees. * Collaborate with decentralized fleet coordinations (PA) to achieve cost and availability targets, while also supporting the accreditation process for new workshops and fuel stations. * Provide data analysis and issue performance and cost reports to support decentralized coordinations during business unit results meetings. * Support the fleet management planning cell in developing and updating the fleet renewal plan, aligning it with corporate strategies and operational needs. * Support the planning cell in developing the fleet OPEX and COF budgets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, or Engineering; * Project management experience; * Ability to develop Feasibility Analysis; * Negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders, logical reasoning, and knowledge and practical experience in CSC. * Postgraduate degree (preferred). **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
