Job Summary: The Services Supervisor for cleaning and security manages service departments, ensuring service quality delivered to clients, oversees outsourced teams, and controls resources. Maintain attendance, vacation, and material usage records As a Services Supervisor for cleaning and security, you will be responsible for managing multiple service departments, ensuring the quality of services delivered to our clients. Main Responsibilities: * Manage teams of outsourced employees, ensuring all services are performed according to established guidelines and standards. * Supervise attendance control, ensuring employee punctuality and presence. * Manage vacation scheduling, ensuring employees are aware of their vacation dates and services remain uninterrupted. * Ensure all employees correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during their activities. * Maintain proper control over materials used by employees, preventing waste or misappropriation. Requirements: * Proven experience supervising outsourced services, preferably in labor outsourcing companies. * Valid driver's license category B. * Willingness to travel as required by company needs. * Effective communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating, guiding, and developing teams. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
