Monitor cooking time and doneness of foods. Assemble sandwiches and portions according to orders. Keep the griddle and utensils clean and organized. Sort and prepare ingredients used in sandwiches. Check food quality and expiration dates. Follow food hygiene and handling standards. Assist with kitchen organization when required. Previous experience as Cook, Kitchen Assistant, Commis Chef, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. High school diploma required.
