Align job profiles with managers to ensure deep understanding of business needs. Perform active candidate sourcing across diverse channels and platforms. Conduct competency-based interviews and prepare structured assessment reports. Ensure a positive candidate and manager experience throughout the recruitment process. Monitor recruitment KPIs (e.g., SLA). **Generalist HR Practice** Support Training & Development initiatives. Contribute to organizational culture, employee engagement, and internal communication projects. Support leaders on people management topics. **Technical Requirements** Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Solid experience in Recruitment & Selection, managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience recruiting candidates at various levels. Experience in active sourcing and market mapping. Proficiency in competency-based interviewing and preparing structured assessment reports. Experience managing multiple concurrent vacancies, including demand organization and prioritization. Experience with Recruitment & Selection KPIs (e.g., SLA). Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent search platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gupy, Yapp, among others). Experience in generalist HR activities, supporting Training, Culture, Development, or People Management projects. **Behavioral Profile** Ownership and autonomy to lead recruitment processes and projects. Agility and sense of priority, capable of operating effectively in dynamic environments with multiple demands. Analytical ability and critical thinking to assess candidate profiles and support managers in decision-making.
