Responsibilities * Conduct financial analyses and budget monitoring; * Prepare management reports and financial indicators; * Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow; * Perform bank reconciliations and accounting analyses; * Support financial planning and cost control; * Develop financial projections and feasibility studies; * Collaborate with accounting, audits, and other internal departments. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields; * Experience in the finance area; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and financial indicators; * Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and strategic vision. Advantages * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Finance, Controllership, or related fields; * Familiarity with Power BI; * Experience with ERP systems (Mega, SAP, Totvs, Oracle, Protheus); * Experience in financial planning, controllership, or treasury; * Knowledge of report automation and dashboard development.
