The Getulio Vargas Foundation is an educational and research institution offering undergraduate, graduate, and extension programs across various fields of knowledge. **Responsibilities:** Manage building maintenance, including electrical, hydraulic, roofing, and ceiling systems. Monitor and ensure the integrity of pallet-rack structures. Supervise the operation and maintenance of dock doors. Monitor and ensure compliance of the fire suppression system. Manage access control and CCTV systems. Administer operational furniture and equipment. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
