RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • Participate in and lead scheduling meetings with maintenance and operations departments; • Ensure compliance with PPCIM-related procedures and adherence to the scheduled program; • Manage Structural Integrity resources and demands, optimizing teams and equipment; • Serve as the guardian of the PCM process and promote critical analysis of scheduled activities; • Contribute to the development of schedules and the "S" curve, supporting routine maintenance and shutdowns; • Perform on-site planning of maintenance work orders issued by inspectors and maintenance technicians from Civil and Metallic Structural Integrity areas; • Serve as the guardian of physical and digital PCM and Visual Management indicators; • Support and facilitate scheduling and procurement activities, acting as a facilitator for shared-resource processes; ### **Prerequisites** REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Technical education, preferably in Building Construction or Mechanical Engineering • Experience in industrial civil maintenance, concrete structures, and metallic structures • Proficiency in SAP, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of acid-resistant linings, refractories, and thermal insulation ### **Benefits** UNIMED ITABIRA HEALTH PLAN FULLY FUNDED BY THE COMPANY — NO MONTHLY FEE; CO-PAYMENT OF 30% APPLIES ONLY IF USED.
