Job Summary: This role involves executing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technology, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, and ensuring continuous service for clients. That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** To build this team with us, the candidate will face the following challenges: * Performing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technology for residential customers; * Conducting corrective and preventive maintenance on installed services, resolving issues and ensuring service continuity; * Repairing/correcting service failures—whether due to slowness, Wi\-Fi issues, no connectivity, intermittency, etc.; * Removing cables and equipment from canceled customers, freeing up capacity for new customers; * Verifying access feasibility for the commercial team; * Relocating equipment within the same residence (room-to-room moves); * Relocating equipment to a different address upon customer request; * Performing upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when the customer changes plans; * Installing internal and external cabling and connections; * Testing cables and optical fibers; * Configuring telecommunications systems and, if necessary, escalating to technical support; * Diagnosing and resolving network issues; * Providing courteous and efficient customer service, clarifying doubts and advising on proper service usage; * Documenting and maintaining records of network configurations; * Performing other duties related to the position, following management guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B (permanent); * Residency in: CATAGUASES \- MG; * Availability for flexible hours / travel; **Additional Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão \- Support for dependents with disabilities (PCD) * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (if enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on the intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airfare purchases, hotel bookings, and car rentals. * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partnership Portal With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent fiber-optic group in the country.
