**WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Receive clients, visitors, and suppliers. * Provide telephone support and route calls to the responsible department. * Support the sales team with sending proposals, updating spreadsheets, and organizing documents. * Assist in issuing and tracking orders in the system. * Perform administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, schedules, and office supplies. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Management Processes, Commercial Management, or related fields (from the 2nd semester onward). * Availability to intern during morning or afternoon shifts. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional demeanor.
