To us, your talent is what matters! :) **\#vemserSNX** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in all stages of the business journey, supporting the organization of information, requirements, and interactions with customers and internal departments; * Analyze customer needs and identify business opportunities; * Conduct customer interactions to understand context, align expectations, and clarify information; * Structure and maintain up-to-date records, materials, and information in systems; * Monitor the customer journey, ensuring consistency in communication and deliverables; * Identify opportunities to improve Business Area processes, suggesting adjustments to increase efficiency and quality; * Support the development of sustainable partnerships through collaborative relationships between customers and the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Communications, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Ability to organize and record information in a structured manner; * Understanding of business processes and customer relationship management; * Aptitude for understanding technology products and services; * Familiarity with corporate systems (CRM, management tools, or similar platforms) is desirable. **Soft Skills** * Willingness to learn and grow; * Assertive communication; * Sense of responsibility and commitment; * Analytical ability; * Organization and time management; * Proactivity; * Adaptability; * Interpersonal skills and teamwork. **Additional Information** Beyond an excellent work environment, here you can also grow and thrive!
