Support to the IT team in implementing improvements **Job Description:** ---------------------- Installation, configuration, updating, preventive and corrective maintenance of: Laptops, monitors, workstations, printers, tablets, video conferencing devices, televisions, telephones, and related hardware; Structured cabling, switches, patch panels, access points, surveillance cameras; Power supplies, stabilizers, UPS units, and generators; Windows or Linux operating systems and installed or embedded software; VoIP, VPN, and Wi-Fi; To users/employees and to technology resources provided by the company: Provide technical support; Deliver basic guidance; Address questions regarding usage; Assist with application/software customization; Ensure all service requests and actions taken are recorded in the proprietary system used by the Technology Management Department of the Foundation.
