Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Experian is listed on the London Stock Exchange (EXPN) and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index. **Job Description** We currently have an opening for an **Executive Modeling Manager**, with key responsibilities including: * Lead a credit modeling team of approximately 40 people, with 4–5 direct reports * Responsible for developing the modeling methodology, building all Serasa Experian score models, customizing models for clients, and delivering analytical solutions involving statistical techniques and exploration of the data lake * Lead data modeling innovation initiatives and explore new modeling techniques * Engage commercially with clients on modeling topics, conduct executive meetings with C-level stakeholders and technical teams. **Qualifications** * Technical background suitable for team leadership (Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields). A Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred. * Strong focus on people/team development * Fluent communication skills for interactions with clients and internal teams * Client-facing experience is a plus * Fluent English required (to collaborate with global teams) * Business-oriented mindset for data/Analytics * Hybrid work model: possible location in either São Paulo or São Carlos (leading teams in both locations). **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
