Job Summary: A professional responsible for digitizing travel-related information, monitoring schedules, instructing drivers, and maintaining document control—ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Actively involved in improving service quality and environmental management. 2. Providing daily support and assistance to drivers regarding operations and safety. 3. Monitoring shift scheduling and fleet planning, as well as document control. JOIN THE TEAM THAT \#HASVALUE! RESPONSIBILITIES Digitize all information related to completed trips; Monitor shift schedules and boarding/alighting points; Provide daily instructions to drivers on operational procedures and safety rules; 4\. Provide support/assistance to drivers during client-related activities; Maintain control over archived documents; Monitor fleet availability verification; Inform clients about process execution; Observe and comply with technical, administrative, environmental, and safety regulations; Actively participate in programs aimed at improving service and product quality, environmental management, and promote the concept of continuous improvement; Perform other similar duties as required. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree **Field of Study:** Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, Engineering, or related fields; **Knowledge:** Fleet/transportation and logistics, maintenance and costs; Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
