Job Summary: A professional responsible for digitizing trip-related information, monitoring scheduling, instructing drivers, and providing operational support—ensuring compliance with regulations and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting and providing daily instruction to drivers 2. Focusing on continuous improvement of services and processes 3. RESPONSIBILITIES Digitize all information related to completed trips; Monitor scheduling, as well as boarding/alighting points; Provide daily instruction to drivers regarding operational procedures and safety rules; 4\. Provide support/assistance to drivers during client-related activities; Maintain control over archived documents; Monitor fleet availability verification; Inform clients about process execution; Observe and comply with technical, administrative, environmental, and safety regulations; Actively participate in quality improvement programs for services, products, environmental management, and promote the concept of continuous improvement; Perform other similar duties as required. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree **Field of Study:** Administration, Logistics, Business Management, Engineering, or related fields; **Knowledge:** Fleet/transportation and logistics, maintenance and costs; Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
