Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing trip information, monitoring schedules, instructing drivers, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting and instructing transportation operations 2. Focusing on continuous improvement of services and processes 3. Providing daily support and assistance to drivers JOIN OUR TEAM THAT \#HASVALUE! RESPONSIBILITIES Digitize all information related to completed trips; Monitor shift schedules and boarding/alighting points; Instruct drivers daily on operational procedures and safety rules; 4\.Provide support/assistance to drivers during client-related activities; Maintain control over archived documents; Monitor fleet availability verification; Inform clients about the completion of processes; Observe and comply with technical, administrative, environmental, and safety regulations; Actively participate in quality improvement programs for services, products, environmental management, and promote the concept of continuous improvement; Perform other similar duties as required. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree **Field of Study:** Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, Engineering, or related fields; **Knowledge:** Fleet/transportation and logistics, maintenance and costs; Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
