Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing travel information, monitoring schedules, instructing drivers, providing support, and controlling documents, aiming for continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES Digitize all information related to completed trips; Monitor schedule planning and boarding/alighting points; Provide daily instructions to drivers regarding operational procedures and safety rules; 4\.Provide support/assistance to drivers during client-related activities; Maintain control over archived documents; Monitor fleet availability verification; Inform clients upon completion of processes; Observe and comply with technical, administrative, environmental, and safety regulations; Actively participate in service and product quality improvement programs, environmental management initiatives, and promote the concept of continuous improvement; Perform other similar duties as required. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree **Field of Study:** Administration, Logistics, Business Management, Engineering, or related fields; **Knowledge:** Fleet/transportation and logistics, maintenance and costs; Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
