Job Summary: Professional responsible for digitizing information, monitoring schedules, instructing drivers, providing support, controlling documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Support logistics operations and fleet management with a focus on safety. 2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of services and processes. 3. RESPONSIBILITIES Digitize all information related to completed trips; Monitor shift scheduling and boarding/alighting points; Instruct drivers daily on operational procedures and safety rules; 4\.Provide support/assistance to drivers during client-related activities; Maintain control over archived documents; Monitor fleet availability verification; Inform clients about process execution; Observe and comply with technical, administrative, environmental, and safety standards; Actively participate in quality improvement programs for services, products, environmental management, and promote the concept of continuous improvement; Perform other similar duties as required. REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Completed Bachelor's Degree **Field of Study:** Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, Engineering, or related fields; **Knowledge:** Fleet/transportation and logistics, maintenance and costs; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office suite.
