Description

We are seeking a responsible Helper to perform loading and unloading tasks for goods alongside trucks and assist in organizing the Distribution Center (DC). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers during pickups and deliveries, supporting loading, unloading, and cargo organization. * Label goods collected directly from customers. * Perform loading and unloading of goods onto trucks, including re-consignment operations. * Handle internally dispatched goods by delivering them to respective departments and recording system updates. * Receive mailbags from units, forward them to the Finance Department, and register them in the system. * Support the organization of goods across DC yards and maintain clean, orderly storage areas and truck bodies. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly, safeguard company assets, and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed Elementary Education. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 3 months of experience in this role. **Specific Knowledge** * Goods Handling and Storage – Basic * Technology Knowledge – Mobile Phone – Basic **Additional Information** Food Basket PPR\- Profit Sharing Program Career and Salary Plan SEST SENAT Partnership (Dentist, Nutritionist, Psychologist, Club, and Gym) Love Pack (Maternity Kit) Birthday Day Off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, companies, and results.
