Help identify business opportunities, receive and address service requests, and resolve low-complexity issues directly—or refer members to the channel offering the best service experience. Support guidance to help members better use available products and technologies. * Prospecting (support): Identify new business opportunities, prospect new members, and refer them to Business Managers. Conduct initial member intake. Welcome and attend to members and the community, directing them to the channel—physical or digital—that delivers the best service experience. * Collections: Support credit collections in cases of delinquency and within negotiated timelines, per business-area guidance, aiming to recover lent capital. * Relationship Channels: Promote member interaction with self-service channels to improve efficiency and direct members toward digital solutions.
