Support the selection process of driver candidates by administering practical driving tests and evaluating technical operational conditions, driving skills (defensive driving), and safety; 2\. Identify training needs through analysis of managerial performance data on drivers and practical assessments; 3\. Deliver technical vehicle training and professional conduct training to company drivers and parking attendants, diagnosing needs and proposing solutions; 4\. Conduct onboarding training for new drivers and parking attendants, guiding, training, and educating them on company policies and internal procedures; 5\. Advise drivers and parking attendants on the transportation company’s safety procedures and policies, promoting and implementing internal quality policies; REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Completed Elementary School **Knowledge:** Knowledge of general traffic rules and conduct; Traffic Legislation; Basic Mechanics, Eco-driving, and Passenger Collective Transport Course.
