Job Summary: The enforcement officer monitors proper usage of JET electric scooters and power banks at designated city locations, approaches users in non-compliant situations, and prepares reports. Role: The enforcement officer will patrol key city locations to monitor proper usage of JET electric scooters. The role requires proactive engagement, including approaching users in non-compliant situations. ️ Responsibilities: * Approach users engaged in improper usage; * **Take photos of:** * Children operating electric scooters; * Customers riding double; * Distribute R$10.00 coupons (in instructed situations); * Record whether customers comply after being approached; * Prepare reports. Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years old; * Must possess a smartphone with camera and internet access; * Must have strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Must be committed to scheduled hours and timely report submission.
