The Building Maintenance Assistant is the professional responsible for supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the physical structures and facilities of buildings and company units. This role involves performing minor repairs and basic services in electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting, ensuring environmental preservation, safety, and proper functionality. **Main Responsibilities:** Assist in performing repair work on electrical, plumbing, and sanitary installations; Support maintenance of floors, walls, doors, windows, and roofs; Perform minor masonry, painting, and gardening tasks; Replace light bulbs, outlets, switches, and perform adjustments on simple equipment; Support installation, assembly, and relocation of furniture and lightweight structures; Conduct routine inspections to identify issues or repair needs; Organize and maintain tools and work materials; Comply with safety regulations and use appropriate PPE. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education (high school education preferred); Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, or masonry; Prior experience in the field is an advantage; Availability to perform diverse tasks and physical labor. **Desired Competencies:** Proactivity and willingness to learn; Organization and responsibility regarding tools and materials; Attention to detail and focus on safety; Ability to follow technical instructions and work collaboratively. **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
