Mediation of interests between client and service providers **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation of photographic technical reports; * Preparation of construction and service budgets; * Field-based technical problem resolution; * Investigation and analysis of construction pathologies; * Mediation of interests between client and service providers; * Preparation of construction and service schedules; * Conducting building inspections; * Conducting construction site inspections; * Preparation of material requisitions; * Quotation and procurement of inputs; * Reading, interpretation, and, when necessary, adjustment of project documents. **COMPENSATION:** * Salary: **R$ 1\.621,00** **BENEFITS:** * Meal Allowance: **R$ 523,95/month** * Breakfast Allowance: **R$ 97,31/month** * Basic Food Basket: **R$ 121,23/month** * Transportation Allowance: **R$ 247,80/month** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Students pursuing Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Technical Course in Building Construction.
