The **Systems Department** is responsible for requirements gathering, functional design, application development, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and evolution of all organizational processes. In this role, the team will be responsible for developing support solutions for the entire branch network, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous service improvement. Additionally, the team will identify opportunities for technological innovation aimed at optimizing processes and enhancing the experience for various customer segments. Work model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite Location: Osasco - SP, Alphaville - SP, Curitiba - PR, Uberlândia - MG, or Recife - PE. **Your Day-to-Day** As a Senior Fullstack Tech Lead, you will manage the DS department, and your main responsibilities will include: * Acting as Tech Lead, leading development teams using Java, Angular, and cloud technologies; * Monitoring and guiding developers in their tasks; * Participating in architectural design definition and overseeing/directing the development team. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Solid experience as a Tech Lead, leading development teams using Java and Angular; * In-depth knowledge of Cloud, especially Azure; * Prior experience with the following languages and tools: Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture; * Knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript; * Knowledge of observability.
