Collaboration and communication with teams and departments across the company **Responsibilities and Duties** * Technical Leadership: Assist the team with complex problems and critical decisions regarding system architecture and design, as well as review code to maintain quality and standards. * Architecture and Design: Develop and maintain system architecture, promoting best practices in software design and engineering. * Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate communication between the development team and other departments within the company, and work with Product Managers, UX Designers, and others to align technical requirements and business needs. * Planning and Prioritization: Participate in sprint planning, helping define priorities and estimate efforts. It is important to collaboratively establish clear deadlines with the Product Manager. * Quality and Continuous Improvement: Implement practices such as automated testing and CI/CD. Support the team’s ongoing development and ensure deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria. **Requirements and Qualifications** * In-depth knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, Golang, Python.
