REQUIREMENTS Completed high school or currently pursuing a university degree in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Telecommunications, Networking, or related fields; **IT Knowledge:** fundamentals of networking (TCP/IP, router configuration, ports, static IP/DHCP), Windows, basic IP camera and recorder configuration; Prior experience in technical support (helpdesk, remote or on-site support); Availability for occasional travel; Basic knowledge of electronic security will be considered a strong advantage.
