Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals — and even more about yourself! **Responsibilities and Duties** **DETAILS:** **Location: Imperatriz – Maranhão** **Applications until: 04/13/2026** **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** **Activities:** * Ensure operational excellence in silviculture, harvesting, logistics (loading, transportation, and yard operations), road network, and maintenance through guidance and operational procedures delivered by forestry instructors; * Lead the implementation of operational techniques based on best practices to increase productivity and improve operational quality performance; * Responsible for leading and ensuring execution and evaluation of technical skill indicators for machinery operations and processes; * Responsible for ensuring delivery of both practical and theoretical components of training and upskilling programs for Forestry, Harvesting, and Forest Logistics Machine Operators; * Ensure implementation and development of the maintenance team’s training plans and workforce development program; * Ensure the Instructor team selects and trains Forestry Machine Operators; * Responsible for testing new equipment and rolling out projects; * Collaborate with the team to implement incremental improvements in productive equipment; * Manage fixed and variable costs; * Implement measures to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency; * Monitor and ensure adherence to deadlines established for all operational activities; * Implement strategies to address potential delays and guarantee operations are completed within established schedules; * Contribute to achieving results through synergy with operational areas; * Build strategic partnerships and establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality services at efficient costs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHO INSPIRES US?** * Someone who believes in our values; * Proactive; * Analytical mindset; * Proposes ideas and solutions. **WHAT DOES SUZANO EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Production Engineering, or Administration; * Strong experience in forestry processes: Harvesting, Silviculture, Logistics, and Maintenance; * Proven experience managing teams / leading people; * Solid experience in data control, analysis, and management, as well as KPIs, to identify improvements and achieve results; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and BI tools; * Willingness to travel; * Driver’s license category “B”; * Proven experience in managing training/development projects is a plus. **Additional Information** **WE OFFER MUCH MORE THAN PAPER IN YOUR LIFE!** Healthcare benefits: Medical plan, dental plan, and life insurance; Meal voucher or company cafeteria; grocery allowance (VA); and an additional VA at year-end; We understand fixed income matters — but beyond that, we offer extra income via our Annual Variable Compensation Program; For your future planning, we provide private pension; We practice remote work for corporate roles, flexible working hours, and casual dress code; To generate and share value, we offer e-learning courses and trainings on our digital platform, UniverSuzano; At Suzano, something is only good for us if it’s also good for the world!
