Why Should You Join Us? * **We have tradition:** We have been in the Brazilian market for 70 years and are the Best National Wholesale Distributor, according to ABAD (Brazilian Association of Wholesalers and Distributors of Industrialized Products). * **We serve Brazil:** We bring distant places closer together, challenging geography, weather, and time by delivering goods, financial solutions, educational resources, and marketing solutions. * WE ARE BIG: We have over 4,000 employees and serve approximately 3.1 million customers across the country. * **We make connections:** We are the link between producers, consumers, sellers, builders, those who eat, work, smile, and have fun. * **Together we go further:** We have a collaborative culture, value personal relationships, and aim to build a better Martins every day, believing that TOGETHER we can achieve more. \#vemsergentemartins \#greatteamworkingtogether **Responsibilities and duties** * Ensure administrative and operational routines are completed within deadlines, such as: route planning, transshipment, customer deliveries, travel schedules, settlement closures, cash handling, return registration systems, supplier payments, HR routines, logistics, and cargo documentation; * Supervise the branch's own and third-party logistical operations (warehouse and distribution); * Ensure compliance with the service levels agreed upon with the logistics operator (warehouse) and carriers; * Control expense budgets; * Recruit, train, motivate, and develop personnel to ensure optimal performance of their activities within the branch; * Guarantee the integrity of company assets allocated at the branch; * Identify and suggest logistics partners (warehousing and distribution); * Perform controls over claims receipt, losses, and warehouse reconciliation, acting as the focal point between the company and logistics operators; * Represent the company as an official representative before public agencies. **Requirements and qualifications*** Bachelor's degree, preferably in Administration, Logistics, or Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of transportation and vehicle maintenance; * Understanding of costs and budgets; * Knowledge of traffic and labor legislation is desirable; * Experience in supervising logistics operations (distribution), including fleet management (own or outsourced); * Experience leading teams; * Availability for occasional travel and residency in Davinópolis/MA or Imperatriz/MA. **Additional information** **Company benefits:** Unimed medical plan with co-payment (optional upon enrollment) Sulamerica dental plan (optional upon enrollment) Vida Link pharmacy benefit Gympass Meal card Private pension plan Eligible for PLR At Martins, **we are passionate about what we do**.
