**Responsibilities and Duties**
#### **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:**
* Supervising sales teams and ensuring full customer portfolio coverage, guaranteeing compliance with commercial policy to drive execution excellence at points of sale (POS) and increase market share;
* Implementing the company’s strategies and plans to achieve volume and coverage targets, as well as other execution KPIs;
* Managing daily operations and ensuring excellence in the commercial team’s execution;
* Developing the team by imparting organizational, behavioral, and technical competencies required for performing tasks and supporting employee development.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
#### **What You Need to Have:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
* Commercial experience;
* Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
* Technical knowledge of the sales area;
* Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category "B".
#### **Nice-to-Have (Preferred Qualifications):**
* Postgraduate degree and/or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
* Experience managing people;
* Technical knowledge of the retail sector.
