To achieve this, our department oversees the entire logistics chain (Supply, Systems, Last Mile, People & Security), taking hands-on responsibility from point-of-sale device procurement through to final delivery to our customers. Known as Green Angels, this team’s mission is to provide direct customer service at their point of sale. Your primary responsibility is to serve our users externally—both within the city and across designated coverage areas—assisting them with product onboarding and correct usage of the products they contracted with us. Additionally, you will also be responsible for all activities conducted at the franchise where you are assigned, including inventory management, asset receipt, reverse logistics, equipment sorting, storage organization, and periodic inventory audits.
