While prior experience in the FX sector is not mandatory, we highly value proactive individuals who are eager to learn and quickly adapt to a dynamic environment. **Key responsibilities** * Support analysis of FX business processes and translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. * Assist Product Owner and dev team in backlog refinement and prioritisation. * Run functional tests and validate releases to ensure production stability. * Prepare reports and presentations to support decision\-making. * Support or perform Scrum Master\-related tasks when needed to ensure smooth delivery. **Qualifications** **Requirements** * Native or fluent Spanish (mandatory) and professional\-level English. * Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments. * Demonstrated ability to write clear, well\-structured user stories and acceptance criteria. * Proactive attitude with strong ownership and effective stakeholder communication skills. **Valuable experience (nice to have)** * Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. * Experience in FX, payments, cash management or other transactional financial solutions. * Hands\-on experience working with APIs (REST, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, API consumers). * Experience defining contracts, error handling and non\-functional requirements for APIs. * Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman. **Additional Information** **What do we offer you?** * **Hybrid** position based in **São Paulo**, **Brazil** * Full time contract * Training and career development. * Possibility to be part of a multicultural team and work on international projects. **If you are passionate about data, development \& tech, we want to meet you!**
