




Job Summary: The professional will provide support to the administrative team, analyze contracts, manage assets, oversee procurement activities, and develop training programs, ensuring operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support and process optimization. 2. Contract, asset, and procurement analysis and control. 3. Development and monitoring of administrative training programs. * Provide administrative support to branch teams, contributing to process efficiency; * Analyze and monitor compliance with contractual obligations related to leasing and service provision; * Conduct building and equipment inspections, suggesting corrective and preventive actions as needed; * Analyze and control company assets through inventories, recordkeeping, and investment tracking; * Manage procurement and contracting processes, ensuring fulfillment of requests and adherence to accounting and budgetary guidelines; * Develop, implement, and monitor administrative training programs, including creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge assessments, and correction of operational deficiencies; * Monitor fiscal documents, ensuring proper recording, posting, and payment scheduling. Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
