What will be your day-to-day challenges: * Define security and privacy strategy for strategic R&D projects across the organization; * Supervise multiple concurrent projects, ensuring technological integration and alignment with corporate objectives; * Approve and validate prototypes, tests, pilot projects, and high-impact innovative solutions; * Develop, review, and approve strategic technical reports, combining executive vision with technical detail; * Mentor and guide researchers and team leaders, fostering technical and strategic development; * Supervise complex security architectures, integration of emerging technologies, and AI innovation; * Conduct threat hunting operations, critical investigations, and strategic risk mitigation; * Advise senior management and strategic areas in defining security and privacy policies, investments, and decisions; * Ensure compliance with strategic indicators, R&D targets, and organizational objectives; * Represent the organization at events, international forums, and strategic partnerships, promoting technical leadership and sectoral influence; * Define standards, frameworks, and methodologies serving as reference for the entire organization and future projects. We seek candidates with expertise in: * In-depth knowledge of secure AI and protection of sensitive data, advanced cyber defense, privacy by design, Red/Blue/Purple Teams, protection of critical infrastructure, enterprise security architectures, strategic R&D methodologies, and technological innovation. * Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams, large-scale projects, and influencing corporate and regulatory decisions. * Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in related fields.
