If you are looking for a growing company where your work is closely recognized, **join Artinet!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install internet services for residential and commercial customers (B2C and B2B). * Perform fiber optic cable (drop) installation and splicing/connectorization. * Configure network equipment (ONU/ONT, routers, and Wi-Fi repeaters). * Identify and resolve signal faults using measurement tools (Power Meter / Laser Pen). * Guide customers on optimal Wi-Fi usage and ensure delivery of the contracted speed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Valid and permanent Brazilian Driver’s License Category B. * Prior experience in fiber optic networks (FTTH) is a plus. * Basic knowledge of router and local network configuration. * Ability to work at heights and near electrical wiring. * Strong communication skills and focus on customer satisfaction.
