Train and develop the team in quality best practices **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise Quality Assurance team activities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines. * Draft, review, and approve technical documents, procedures, and work instructions. * Monitor quality indicators and implement corrective action plans for deviations. * Conduct internal audits and support external audits (customers and regulatory agencies). * Ensure traceability and compliance of production and quality control processes. * Train and develop the team in quality and regulatory best practices. * Investigate non-conformities and lead continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. * Solid experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in industrial settings. * Knowledge of regulatory standards. * Team management and project leadership skills. * Advanced Microsoft Office; knowledge of quality management systems is desirable.
