Operating in the market for over 15 years. **MISSION:** Plan, estimate, and coordinate industrial construction projects, ensuring compliance with design plans, schedules, budgets, and safety regulations. Work integrally across planning, control, and field supervision, serving as the primary technical responsible party for project feasibility and efficient, high-quality delivery. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Estimate industrial construction projects by conducting quantity surveys, scope analysis, technical site visits, and supporting the procurement department in negotiating materials and services; Plan project execution by developing and monitoring physical and financial schedules, defining resources, deadlines, and execution strategies; Supervise and coordinate industrial construction projects—particularly sugar and ethanol plants—ensuring adherence to planning; Perform physical and financial control of construction projects, monitoring costs, measurements, budget deviations, and risks; Inspect labor services and work fronts (painting, concrete pouring, formwork, reinforcement, repairs, and finishing); Control material orders, receipt, and logistics; Prepare construction reports (daily logs, photographic records, measurements, expenditures, and physical progress); Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations; Maintain technical relations with clients, performing measurements, site visits, and identifying new requirements and estimates; Guide and supervise in-field internal and subcontracted teams; And other duties related to the position. **REQUIREMENTS** Experience coordinating/executing industrial construction projects, preferably ethanol plants. Proven expertise in reading and interpreting executive drawings; planning, scheduling, supervising, and controlling construction projects; managing operational teams and suppliers; interfacing with clients; and preparing estimates, proposals, reports, and physical/financial progress controls. Proficiency in tools: AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite; MS Project is desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and active registration with CREA (or currently undergoing regularization).
