This professional will be responsible for ensuring production deadlines are met, guaranteeing that manufacturing processes run efficiently, orderly, and in accordance with the established plan — with exclusive focus on production routines (no direct interface with materials management or procurement). Key Responsibilities: Supervise Production Planning and Control (PCP) activities; Monitor production progress, ensuring achievement of defined targets and deadlines; Sequence and prioritize production orders according to demand and productive capacity; Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Shop Floor departments to ensure process fluidity; Track production performance indicators (efficiency, productivity, delays, bottlenecks, etc.); Propose improvements to workflows and processes, optimizing time and resources; Prepare reports and support management with area performance information. Requirements: Prior experience in PCP within an industrial environment; Experience in production planning and control of manufacturing processes (excluding inventory or supply chain focus); Proficiency in planning tools (ERP/MRP, Excel, control reports); Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile; Technical or undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-demand industrial production environments; Knowledge of SAP integrated management system.
