It develops technologies to optimize processes and enhance efficiency across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for making or receiving calls to distributors' customers via telephone service with efficiency, quality, and friendliness. Conduct proactive outbound calls to customers, presenting products and services. Attend customer calls courteously and professionally, ensuring high-quality service that generates satisfaction and results. Accurately record all call-related information in the system, ensuring data is up-to-date and complete after customer confirmation. Monitor and update performance reports, including contact attempts, completed interactions, and use of the automatic dialing system. Organize and archive customer service information and client data efficiently using the company's management system. Actively participate in alignment meetings with supervision, contributing to process improvement. Position based in Imperatriz / MA. Previous experience as a Telemarketing Attendant, Customer Service Agent, Telemarketing Operator, or Customer Consultant may indicate suitability for some activities of this role. High school diploma completed.
