We believe in each student’s potential — supporting them consistently, listening attentively, and delivering excellence throughout their entire academic journey. **Our performance stands as living proof that our pedagogical approach is effective, solid, and truly transformative.** **If you believe in the power of education and want to be part of this story, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Safety, access, and discipline:** Monitor entrances and circulation; ensure safe entry and exit; verify authorization and uniforms; maintain order, implement disciplinary interventions, and communicate with coordination/administration. * **Supervision during recesses and common areas:** Supervise recesses, hallways, and courtyards; prevent conflicts, accidents, and disturbances; organize lines and classroom returns; identify and report inappropriate behavior. * **Support for daily school and pedagogical routines:** Accompany referred students; sound bells when necessary; assist inclusive education students; set up equipment; record and monitor attendance. * **Implementation of procedures and regulations:** Comply with legislation regarding electronic devices; avoid personal mobile phone use; monitor regulatory violations; follow first-aid protocols without administering medication. * **Administrative and institutional support:** Manage and distribute materials and exams; assist with mock exam administration; support projects, events, and field trips; report structural issues. * **Family interaction focused on safety and boundaries:** Interact with guardians only when necessary, avoiding side conversations; release students only to authorized individuals; provide basic information and refer cases to coordination/administration. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Dynamism and organizational skills; * Flexibility to handle unexpected situations; * Strong ability to work in a team; * Prior experience as an inspector/disciplinarian is a plus; **Additional Information** **Work Hours** 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday \+ instructional Saturdays) **Salary** R$1\.621 **Benefits** Transportation Voucher; Basic Food Basket Allowance (R$140 starting from the first month worked); 100% Coleguium Tuition Scholarship for school-age children (excluding bilingual campuses); Discounted co-payment health and dental plans through Unimed; 40% scholarship for courses or undergraduate studies offered by SAAEMG union; Present in Minas Gerais and Pará, we are the school entrusted with the mission of delivering high-quality education grounded in respect and inclusion — shaping conscious citizens prepared to transform their own lives and the world.
