Job Summary: The Cleaning Supervisor oversees the cleaning team, ensures quality standards, guides staff, and manages supplies, providing support during execution when necessary and reporting to management. We currently have an opening for a ***Cleaning Supervisor*** in the **NORTH ZONE** of **CAMPINAS/SP**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the cleaning team (scheduling, task allocation, and routines). * Monitor and ensure the condominium’s cleaning standards. * Guide and train staff on procedures and proper use of products. * Inspect common areas (rooms, restrooms, lobby, etc.). * Control and request cleaning supplies. * Support the team during execution when necessary. * Report incidents, absences, or needs to management. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Salary: To be negotiated.** **Benefits**: VT + VA: R$ 21.80 + R$151.91 Bonus - Food Basket + ***bonus*** on VA for Attendance amounting to ***R$300.00***.
