Your energy will be vital to: Managing all risk fronts related to the Neoenergia Group’s physical and cyber assets. The specialist must be capable of developing and adapting policies and methodologies for identifying risks associated with Security (vulnerabilities and threats), reporting identified risks both to business units and corporate areas (second and third lines of defense), and proposing potential mitigation measures. Develop and maintain the organization’s risk register structure within its risk control and reporting systems; prepare reports for Risk Committees and briefings for Group senior leadership. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required to collaborate with global security and resilience teams. Provide consultative support on security risks to all the Group’s distribution companies, as well as to Neoenergia’s other business lines. Responsibilities: * Manage risk catalogs, asset catalogs, control catalogs, and vulnerability catalogs related to security and resilience; * Interact with internal departments of the Superintendence, focusing on keeping records updated and executed per the risk management standard; * Update the risk management tool, verifying users’ risk analyses and cross-checking them against the defined standard. Register and deactivate users of the tool; provide guidance to users; * Report risk management indicators, produce reports, and gather information for risk management campaigns; * Support execution of objectives, monitor contracts, and track the risk area’s budget; * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual risk reports related to Corporate Security, also focusing on ESG metrics; * Assess external threats related to resilience: extreme weather events, formation of socially vulnerable zones, and cyber incidents; * Plan risk assessments to be conducted by field teams; * Experience delivering training and capacity-building programs on risk management as part of efforts to foster a risk-aware culture across the organization. To join our team, you must have: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Availability to work in Salvador/BA; * Fluent English (reading and speaking); * Advanced Office suite proficiency; * Experience drafting governance documents (standards, procedures, etc.); * Advanced knowledge of process mapping, analysis, and evaluation, with emphasis on recommending improvements, project management, and risk mapping; * Experience managing projects; * Experience using risk management systems; * Experience reporting risks to senior leadership.
