Analyzes performance indicators, proposes health prevention initiatives, and manages contracts We are seeking a Relationship Consultant to strengthen and expand our Nossa Saúde customer portfolio! The professional will be responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with our corporate partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. ✅ Responsibilities: * Strategically, commercially, and analytically manage the entire corporate client portfolio (starting from 30 lives). * Maintain customer relationships and conduct negotiations regarding premium adjustments, retention, profitability, and claims control. * Promote commercial initiatives to increase covered lives and manage administrative, commercial, and assistance-related conflicts. * Analyze healthcare performance indicators, identify risks, propose health prevention initiatives, and manage contract finances, exercising autonomy and accountability for results. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. ✅ Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration. * In-depth knowledge of ANS regulations and the Consumer Protection Code is mandatory. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer relationship roles within supplementary health operators or health service provision companies is preferred. * Familiarity with the Solus system: Central, Structural, and Consultation modules, and WEB Provider. * Knowledge of BI tools and Excel. Basic understanding of health plan products (coverage guarantees, scope, and accredited provider network) and rules governing corporate closed contracts, as well as documentation related to registration changes, is required.
