Customer and employee support **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00 (1-hour lunch break); Friday, 08:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch break) **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Manage the department; \- Supervise team tasks; \- Present performance metrics; \- Monitor customer service and resolve inquiries; \- Process payroll, hiring, termination, vacation, and other related procedures; – Support employees; \- DCTF Web \- E-social – Prepare spreadsheets, update spreadsheet data, perform controls, and manage physical and digital file organization; – Perform other duties related to the department. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school education or currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related fields; – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to advanced Excel); – Experience in HR and HR administration routines; – Knowledge of labor legislation and electronic timekeeping systems; – Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency. \- Familiarity with the Domínio system **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
