




Job Summary: An HR and DP professional to assist with recruitment processes, training, employee support, and administrative routines. Key Highlights: 1. HR and DP process support 2. Assistance with training and interviews 3. Administrative routines and time tracking * Inform and clarify employees’ and service providers’ questions regarding work-related matters. * Assist during training, capacity-building sessions, interviews, and all stages of the recruitment process. * Grade assessments and tests administered to candidates. * Contact candidates to schedule interviews and provide feedback. * Maintain bulletin boards updated with important announcements. * Verify and manage time sheets — Secullum system, vacation control, certificate registration, and leave management. * Experience in administrative routines within the HR department and ability to support daily activities such as payroll processing and time card management. * Ability to multitask effectively. * Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Secullum system, and other web-based platforms. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 — with a 1-hour lunch and rest break Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.880,00 – R$2.021,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Food basket * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
