Job Summary: Responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and proper functioning of common areas in a commercial condominium, supporting residents and service providers while ensuring compliance with regulations. Performing minor repairs and technical monitoring **Position: Condominium Maintenance Technician (Commercial Condominium)** Responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and ensuring the proper functioning of common areas within the commercial condominium, providing necessary support to residents and service providers, ensuring compliance with condominium regulations, and promoting appropriate use of shared infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct periodic inspections of common areas (lobby, parking lot, corridors, restrooms, support rooms, etc.) and the surroundings of warehouses to identify maintenance, cleaning, or repair needs. * Supervise cleaning, landscaping, security, building maintenance, and other outsourced service providers, ensuring services are performed per contractual terms. * Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs where possible, or request specialized technical support. * Monitor service providers’ access to common areas and, when necessary, into warehouses, respecting boundaries defined by the lease agreement. * Control usage of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment used in daily condominium operations. * Support waste management efforts and ensure organization of waste disposal and selective collection areas. * Check operation of systems such as external lighting, automatic gates, water pumps, and security systems. * Comply with and enforce the condominium’s internal regulations, guiding residents and visitors on coexistence rules and proper use of common areas. * Report any irregularities, damages, safety hazards, or significant incidents to condominium management. * Support scheduled and emergency maintenance activities authorized by management. * Record tasks, inspections, and incidents in an appropriate logbook or system to ensure traceability of actions.
