Profitability and strategic analysis Position located in Curitiba - Bigorrilho We are seeking a professional to lead the billing department, ensuring process quality, contract compliance, and efficiency in medical billing management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management of the billing team, pre\-billing, guide authorization, and claim appeals; * Configuration and updating of rules according to health insurance plans; * Verification, billing, and closing of medical accounts within established deadlines; * Monitoring of release deadlines and ensuring their fulfillment; * Issuance of invoices and submission of billing to health insurance operators; * Monitoring of claim denials, appeal management, and collection follow\-up; * Indicator control and preparation of managerial reports; * Interface with clinical support teams and assistance to the medical staff; * Guidance to patients receiving private care; * Analysis of drug profitability; * Strategic collaboration with the finance and procurement departments. **Requirements:** * Experience in hospital billing; * Experience with health insurance plans and private accounts; * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of medical account analysis and contracts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in oncology or chemotherapy; * Knowledge of hospital costs and indicators; * Familiarity with the Tasy system.
