Description: Who is this position for? * Graduates of Technical Courses in Chemistry, Paper and Cellulose, Environmental Sciences, or related fields; * Professionals with experience solving problems related to the cellulose production process and chemical recovery (chemical applications and related); * Knowledge of equipment maintenance; * Professionals with laboratory experience, including sample collection and physicochemical analyses; * Availability for flexible working hours and occasional travel; * Valid Class B driver’s license for at least 2 years; * You must reside in or have easy access to Imperatriz/MA to perform the role. What are the responsibilities? * Support customer operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards to measure outcomes against the Ecolab solutions program; * Identify and report product failures and/or issues when outside established tolerances, offering cost-effective alternatives as needed; * Monitor chemical dosing control for products used at the customer’s facility to ensure compliance with established tolerances; * Collect samples and conduct physicochemical analyses, reporting results to both the central laboratory and the customer; * Manage product inventory at the customer’s facility to ensure on-time delivery per agreed schedule; * Participate in team meetings to drive improvements in customer service; * Report completed services, delivering clarity and value to the customer; * Monitor technical services on chemical treatment equipment at customer facilities to ensure efficiency and functionality; * Support scheduled plant shutdowns by performing inspections on equipment and application kits. 2512310202491055990
